Key Responsibilities :

Billing

• Sales invoice, debit/credit note generation in a timely & accurate manner
• Verify billing data including exchange rate, rates, quantity to ensure all information is correct
• Posting of invoice to accounting system (SQL)
• Daily E-Invoice submission to LHDN
• Printing and emailing of E-Invoice
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and resolve billing issues

 

Costing

• Supplier invoice checking and remark (Sales invoice & job number)
• Month End Closing

 

Costing

• Supplier invoice checking and remark (Sales invoice & job number)
• Month End Closing

 

Sales report preparation

• Reconciliation of sales & purchase report
• Monthly purchase estimation & reversal
• Monitoring of purchase accrual report

 

Reporting

• Daily update of sales by sales personnel for BI presentation
• Weekly sales report for management purpose
• Monthly sales statistic report for management purpose

 

Filing

• Filing of sales invoice
• Filing of debit / credit note
• Filing of payment voucher

 

Other

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide support for audits by retrieving and organizing billing records and related documentation
• Any other ad hoc job as assigned by senior / assistant manager / manager

 

Required Skills & Experiences :

• Diploma/Degree/Professional certification in Accountancy.
• 1-2 years experience
• Fresh Grad acceptable
• Familiar with SQL, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Office will be an added advantage.
• Chinese language proficiency (read, write and speak).
• Meticulous and pay attention to details.
• Ability to complete work on schedule and work under pressure.
• Strong in technical, analytic & problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team player and the ability to work independently.
• Able to speak English/BM
• Posses solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
